Mission
Manage and oversee the operation of the infrastructure and equipment on site, engage in the implementation or advancement of infrastructure, hardware, and software applications at the site. Support the upkeep of the site's applications as outlined in the maintenance/operation agreement.

- Service level and users happiness comply to expectations (availability of applications, equipment and services)
- Oversight and maintenance of IT hardware performance is handled
- Efficiency of all interventions (diagnostic quality, temporary services provided, adherence to intervention timeline, ...)
- Efficacy of all interventions (allocation of resources, IT service expenditures, suitable hotlines use and support)
- Technical and operational documentation adhere to standards and are kept current (including equipment and software lists, source files, backups, training materials ...)
- The maintenance plan of equipments is defined and applied
Job Responsibilities
- Ensure the smooth running and supervision of IT infrastructure and equipment operations
- Engage in the execution and advancement of site infrastructure, hardware, and software applications
- Guarantee the efficiency and compliance of IT hardware
- handle technical and operational documentation
- Define and apply maintenance plans for equipment
- Provide timely and effective interventions, ensuring diagnostic quality and user happiness
- Improve resource management and monitor IT service expenditures
- Apply hotlines and support services efficiently
Job Requirements
- Proven experience in IT support and infrastructure management
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage technical documentation and maintain up-to-date records
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Familiarity with manufacturing environments is preferred
- Ability to strictly adhere to maintenance and operation contracts
- Ambitious and determined to successfully implement IT solutions
