Bcomp Ltd. is a young and dynamic Swiss company specialised in the development, marketing and sales of natural fibre composite solutions for high performance applications. With a background in the sports industry, we are now focusing on establishing ourselves in the mobility market. We develop sustainable lightweighting solutions based on natural fibres in close collaboration with our customers, in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial working environment.
To support our continued growth and strengthen our internal IT capabilities, we are looking for an IT Specialist (80%-100%).
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
IT Management, Support & Assistance
Manage the company’s IT infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment
Act as the primary internal contact for all IT-related matters
Provide Level 1 & 2 support (remote and on-site) to ensure smooth daily operations
Collaborate with our external IT provider for Level 3 issues and ensure timely resolution
Handle IT onboarding/offboarding, device setup, and printer/network configuration
Analyze and resolve IT support issues, with clear documentation
Suggest and implement improvements to IT support processes
Plan the evolution of the IT infrastructure according to company needs
Information Security Management (ISO Role)
Maintain and develop the Information Security Management System (ISMS)
Ensure compliance with customer standards (e.g., TISAX, ISO27001)
Implement and monitor security practices across infrastructure and supply chain
Write internal documentation and security procedures, and train the team
Collaborate with QSE (quality, safety, environment) teams on audit readiness
Your Profile
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar
Minimum 3 years of experience as an IT specialist
Microsoft 365 certification
Strong project management skills
Experience with ISMS setup/maintenance is a strong asset
Knowledge of SAP B1 or another ERP is a plus
Personal Qualities:
Autonomous, collaborative, and solution-oriented
Excellent communication and stress management skills
Able to combine technical problem-solving with strategic thinking
Eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Fluent in English; French is a plus
