• Personal and telephone support for our customers • Coordination and processing of workshop orders as well as bodywork and paint damage • Appointment scheduling, vehicle acceptance and return • Interface between customer, workshop, and insurance company • Order processing and invoicing • Administrative handling of insurance claims (accident and claims management) • Quality assurance and customer follow-up
Requirements
• Successfully completed vocational training in the garage industry (automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist is an advantage) • At least 3 years of experience as a customer service advisor • Technical expertise • Confident use of MS Office • Well-groomed appearance and good manners • Strong teamwork and communication skills • Resilient, flexible, and service-oriented personality • Independent, responsible, and structured way of working • Very good written and spoken German skills • Knowledge of English and French is an advantage • Category B driver's license
