Tasks
• Independent review and billing of warranty orders according to manufacturer specifications • Processing of warranty and goodwill cases, including communication with the importer and internal departments • Clarification of goodwill contributions and support in the processing of recall campaigns • Ensuring proper documentation and archiving of all billing-relevant documents • Deputy and supporting tasks in customer service, e.g. B. Appointment scheduling, vehicle acceptance and return, claims management, and invoicing
Requirements
• Successfully completed vocational training in the garage industry (automotive mechatronics technician or automotive specialist is advantageous)• At least 3 years of experience as a customer service advisor• Technical expertise• Confident use of MS Office• Strong teamwork and communication skills• Resilient, flexible, and service-oriented personality• Independent, responsible, and structured way of working• Very good written and spoken German skills• Knowledge of English and French is an advantage, but not a requirement• Category B driver's license
