Support and active involvement in People Operations processes, including employee data maintenance and internal records, entering new hire and exit data, payroll related activities, organizing HR related documents.
Participate in HR processes & work-flows optimization to ensure HR processes move towards best practice and meet business excellence standards.
Act as a first point of contact for all personnel queries on HR-related issues.
Support for senior team members in the team.
Communicate with external parties and different teams on specific People Ops. topics.

Start: by arrangement - always on the 1st and 15th of the month
