Tasks
Conduct factory tours of the 911/718 and Taycan vehicle assembly lines
Provide visitor advice on topics such as visits to the Porsche Museum, interest in museum programs, or factory tours
Contact guests and customers from all over the world by phone and in writing
Collaborate with themed tours of the museum for adults, children, teenagers, and people with disabilities
Requirements
Study in (business) computer science, economics, industrial engineering, mechanical engineering, media and/or communications management/science, or a comparable degree program
Very good knowledge of German and English; additional languages are an advantage (Spanish, French, Italian, etc.)
Strong communication skills, flexibility, and a service-oriented approach
Structured working style
