As a team, we... ...act as a central interface to ensure transparent, consistent, and strategically coordinated communication between internal company stakeholders and external capital market participants. The goal is to build trust, strengthen the capital market reputation, and promote the company's long-term success.

Start: Spring 2026 Duration: 3 to 6 months

What can you expect?

Maintaining customer relationship management for investors and analysts Planning and implementing roadshows for investors Coordination, preparation, and follow-up of investor and analyst meetings Development of capital market-relevant content for reporting Conducting capital market analyses, analyst reports, peer group developments, etc. Updating the analyst consensus Preparing committee documents and management reports

What sets you apart?

A place to study economics or industrial engineering, ideally with a focus on corporate finance, accounting, financial markets, or a comparable degree (at least in the third semester or in the gap year between bachelor's and master's degrees) Initial experience in investor relations, asset/wealth management, corporate M&A/investment banking, and transaction advisory is an advantage Initial experience in project work/management is an advantage Strong analytical and conceptual skills combined with a quick grasp of complex issues High level of commitment and an independent, structured way of working Confident, communicative, and team-oriented Very good written and spoken German and English skills
