We as a team...
...manage new vehicle ramp-ups at the Zuffenhausen plant and are the link between development and production. We work in cross-functional teams and have a large network at all interfaces to production. Accordingly, you will learn the full spectrum of a new vehicle ramp-up.
Start: March / September Duration: 6 months

Technical and organizational tasks in ramp-up management
Further development of the ramp-up management concept
Application of ramp-up management methods and processes
Preparation and follow-up of ramp-up committees and meetings from the shop floor to top management
Process development in ramp-up management
Requirements
What sets you apart?
A place to study Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a comparable degree program (at least in the third semester or in the gap year between Bachelor's and Master's degrees)
Highly conceptual, reliable, and independent work style
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, as well as a high level of commitment and enthusiasm for teamwork
Strong automotive affinity and ideally good knowledge of the product development process
Confident use of MS Office
Excellent German and English skills
