Duration: 5 to 6 months
What awaits you?
Qualification and certification programs for different target groups within the Porsche retail organization
National and international training courses and events, including planning and follow-up
Strategic projects related to "Learning of the Future," digitalization, new media, and AI
Communication with international partners, subsidiaries, regional offices, and external service providers
Training content (web-based training, videos, graphics, and interdisciplinary topics)
Requirements
What sets you apart?
A place to study business, media and communication studies, industrial engineering, industrial education, or a comparable degree program with a focus on automotive management, human resources, adult education, or marketing (at least in the third semester or in the gap year between the bachelor's and master's degrees)
Initial practical experience in events or human resources
An affinity for the Porsche brand and its values
A proactive and creative mindset, a hands-on mentality, and a desire to be an active part of the international qualification community
Strong analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Strong teamwork and communication skills, as well as organizational talent
Proficiency in MS Office
Good English skills (additional foreign languages ??are an advantage)
A Class B driver's license (car)
