Ensure the well function of local controlling system- Oversee local controlling policies, processes, and practices following requirements from the headquarters, framework, and best business practice- Standardize and constantly improve forecasting, reporting process, including analytical results presentation and tools - Provide transparent business cases analysis for all strategic projects throughout the year (incl. corresponding internal & the head-quarter’s approval processes)- Ensure the achievement of profit-targets; identify opportunities, and in case of risks suitable countermeasures- Act as a business advisor to local management to enhance decision making processes - Establish a comprehensive outlook on company financials over the mid- to long-term- Develop and implement a consistent, effective controlling tools and templates that are uniformly used throughout the company- Monitor Transfer pricingConduct/Supervise relevant reports to management- Ensure a timely and accurate financial reporting to local management board and to the Headquarter- Contact directly with the Headquarter and local CEO & CFO to update them the monthly financial results including report on all planned items with special focus on Contribution 1 sales, option loads, discounts, costs- Take charge of forecasting and budgeting for the entire subsidiary- Be the key contact person for Headquarter related to above matters- Employ new technologies for more efficiency (e.g. Power BI)Risk and Directive Management:- Support Risk management reporting to Headquarter, ICS, Business Continuity Management- Directive management for controlling related processes - Insurance: Coordinate and organize all insurances

Basic Qualification:- Master’s degree in Finance, Controlling, Management- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel- At least ten years of working experience in Financial controlling or FP&A- At least five years of management working experience - Proficiency with accounting standards, Taiwanese financial and tax law, IFRS and SAP FI/CO knowledge- Fluent in EnglishPreferred Qualification:- High levels of Integrity and Compliance- Strong analytical skills, leadership skills, ability to work under pressure- Organized, quality and goal oriented, self-motivated, able to work independently, critical thinking, multitasking, strong attention to details - Ability to communicate with 1st and 2nd level management, advanced conflict management skills - International company working experience is an advantage
