We're digitizing MHP! To provide maximum support to the business, we also want to continue growing in MHP Corporate IT. As a Business Enabler, you will drive the digitalization of business processes in collaboration with MHP departments and support the strategic expansion of the internal IT architecture. For this, we are looking for committed employees who enjoy entering the digital MHP world!
The following tasks await you:
Digitization of business processes in collaboration with internal MHP departments, strategic alignment of current IT systems, and evaluation of new potential technologies
Management of the requirements of the department you support for valid medium- to long-term IT project planning as well as the short-term implementation of IT changes
Coordination of the functional and technical interfaces of the S/4 transformation for the departments you support
Management of technical matters and responsibility for the successful implementation of internal projects as well as the efficient management of service providers
Goal-oriented and collegial leadership of interdisciplinary project and support teams
Requirements
To be prepared for your career as a Senior IT Business Partner, you have the following qualifications:
Completed degree in computer science, technical business administration, economics, or a comparable qualification and at least 4 years of professional experience
Passion for working in agile teams
Expertise in a similar field, project management, and methods in IT project, process, and quality management (ITIL, SAFe, PMI) and initial experience in managing interdisciplinary teams.
Your work style is characterized by a sense of responsibility and is characterized by strong business and analytical thinking, as well as excellent coordination and communication skills.
Things to know before you leave:
Start: By arrangement – ??always at the beginning of each month.
Working hours: Full-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days.
Employment type: Permanent.
Department: Corporate Functions.
Languages: Fluent German and English.
