Tasks

These areas of responsibility await you:

Mechatronics (Electronics / Software) • Fault analysis of prototypes at the signal level using Vector CANoe and CANape, etc. • Participation in the further development of HiL test bench setups • Participation in the execution of measurements on mechatronic

systems • Independent implementation of test automation on test benches and on the entire vehicle

Design • Support in the design and implementation of our own innovative concepts for future vehicle projects using CATIA V5 • Exchange with experienced development engineers and our partners (design, aerodynamics, testing, crash, autonomous driving, and many more) • Creation of 2D and 3D design data for virtual and real-world vehicle validation

Testing • Support in the planning, organization, preparation, execution, and documentation of tests on components and test vehicles. These include: acoustic and vibration tests (wind tunnel), corrosion tests, fatigue tests, and leak tests • Analysis of test results and derivation of optimization measures • Organization of modifications to prototype vehicles in coordination with the workshops • Ensuring and, if necessary, updating prototypes to the latest hardware and software versions
