Salary : £ 12.50 – 18.00 (Depending upon experience, and negotiable)
Work Hours : Monday – Friday 8.00am – 5.30pm (30 minutes lunch and am/pm
short breaks)
Benefits: Holiday: 28 Days
Bonuses: Daily Bonus scheme and group target monthly incentive scheme.

Reverie Limited are a thriving composites business with a World renowned brand in
motorsport and the auto aftermarket for their top quality, niche, well engineered products.
Reverie also carry out ‘sub contract’ or ‘build to print’ composite design, development and
manufacturing for automotive Tier 1 / OEM and blue chip clients in many market sectors.
Established in 2000, with year on year growth and recent investments in new machinery,
facilities and staff to support, we now seek an experienced Composite Trimmer /
Fitter/Polisher to support our Production Team.
In this new vital role the successful candidate will be responsible for trimming, fitting, sanding, bonding and polishing autoclaved
carbon fibre and glass fibre components / mouldings to drawings or manuals meeting specifications and tolerances required.
You will also be responsible for training and developing other staff.
Key Responsibilities:
Composite Trimming / Fitting / Polishing:
· Highly skilled Grade A Composite Finishing to meet high standards and time constraints
· Be able to read Engineering Drawings and use to working from Production Manuals
· Be aware of good working practices related to Composite Component manufacture and
Finishing
To maintain thorough and current product knowledge and read all technical information as
supplied
· To ensure that patterns / moulds / components are carefully handled and that all reasonable care is taken to prevent any form of
damage being caused to them
· To maintain and develop skill levels in all aspect of trimming / fitting
· To achieve daily set work targets
· Ensure immediate feedback is provided to direct manager where customer satisfaction or Health & Safety may be threatened.
· Health & Safety of himself and others affected by his work.
· Cleanliness of the trim room, fitting room and general areas.
· Working with the composite engineer on trim and fitting process manuals.
· Helping train other Fitters, checking work of colleagues.
Ideal Candidate:
· Previous trimming experience is essential, ideally at least 3 years
· Good Composites knowledge / competency
· Flexible positive hard working attitude
· Experience of ISO9001 ideal.
· Good Understanding of Engineering Practices / Drawings. Ability to read Engineering Drawings.
