Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role In this role, you will be responsible as a process know-how expert and will actively work with multiple stakeholders (Production, Quality, Development, and Equipment Engineering), recognize the need of process efficiency/enhancement with various process control tool for robust and stable manufacturing performance in quality and delivery. Sustains and continuously improves qualified technologies in volume production with regards to stability, quality, productivity and yield. Supports development of new technologies and ensures smooth take-over into volume production and integration into manufacturing environment. Establish Process Control eg. SPC, APC, and Cpk, contribute to stable manufacturing processes with predictable performance in quality and delivery; Monitor with leading indicators. Improve process yield/quality by using various sources of data and information (upstream/downstream process knowledge, defect catalog, equipment matrix, etc.) Accountable for resolving process-related problems by using 8Dmethodology, 6Sigma, and 7QC tools as part of investigation/actual verification and drive for 8D closure of FAR, MRB and NDM. Provide technical consultation and guidance team to ensure team success in daily tasks and projects. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic, Automation or related Engineering/Science Background. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply or with related experience Process environment of Electronic & Semiconductor manufacturing background or similar high-technology manufacturing are preferred. Familiarity with data analysis tools, like Microsoft Office or other DataPower tools (i.e. JMP , Minitab , Exensio , CEDA) Must have an ability to make use of a group of data as a reference for analytical purposes. Understanding of statistical process control and lean manufacturing principles.
