Welcome to the Audi F1 Project.
From 2026, Audi will compete in the FIA Formula 1 World Championship.
The new team has two locations. Audi's Motorsport Competence Center in Neuburg (Germany) is considered one of the most modern of its kind in Europe. The Sauber Group's Formula 1 factory in Hinwil (Switzerland) is known for innovative technologies and passion for racing. The power unit comes from Neuburg, while Hinwil is responsible for chassis development and race operations. The planned takeover by AUDI AG will turn two teams into one factory team - and you can be part of it.

The position for the Audi F1 Project is to be filled at Audi Formula Racing GmbH at the Neuburg (Germany) site.
At Audi Formula Racing GmbH IT, you will work on the conception and implementation of our own information security management system (ISMS) based on ISO 27001. This means you will actively help shape the future IT landscape of the Audi Formula 1 project and ensure the necessary information security. Our team's focus is on innovative IT solutions for high-performance F1 engine development.
YOUR TASKS
You are responsible for information security at Audi Formula Racing GmbH. You implement and develop the necessary processes within the entire company for the information security management system
You manage IT security risk management and advise on all IT security issues
You regularly carry out the IT security assessment and check the maturity level of information and IT security at Audi Formula Racing GmbH
You report regularly to the AFR management and, together with AFR IT and relevant departments, implement measures to increase information security
In the event of security incidents, you coordinate incident management together with AUDI AG IT Security
YOUR PROFILE
You have several years of experience in the field of information and IT security and the ability to apply technical and organizational protective measures in a risk- and needs-oriented manner
You have experience with relevant information security standards, especially ISO 27001
You have extensive knowledge of risk management, compliance and governance
Furthermore, you have knowledge of IT infrastructures and their architectural principles
A cooperative, team and solution-oriented working style as well as a convincing appearance
You are reliable, committed and flexible
You have a high level of motivation to work independently
You are fluent in German or English and are willing to learn basic knowledge of the other language
