Opening. This role exists to drive the security culture at Synopsys, elevating the internal reputation and visibility of the cybersecurity organization worldwide. The Cybersecurity Engagement Specialist will design, develop, and deliver global security training and awareness programs tailored to different roles and regions.
What you'll do
- Design, develop, and deliver global security training and awareness programs tailored to different roles and regions.
- Create engaging, original training content—webinars, brown bags, tabletop exercises, guest speaker events, and more.
- Administer and expand the Security Advocates program, empowering team members to champion security in their departments.
- Write and curate cybersecurity communications for corporate newsletters, intranet sites, and SharePoint platforms.
- Manage and track team-level communications, ensuring alignment and transparency across the organization.
- Collaborate with business and technical leaders to drive brand awareness for the cybersecurity team globally.
- Contribute creative ideas for new engagement initiatives, leveraging feedback and data to continuously improve impact.
What you need
- Minimum 5 years in a cybersecurity-related role.
- General knowledge of cybersecurity and privacy principles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills, with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- Experience with SuccessFactors LMS is preferred.
- Experience in vendor management and risk management is a plus.
- Knowledge of AI security and customer advocacy is a plus.
- Proven ability to build programs and content from scratch.
