A Master's degree or PhD in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree with specific knowledge of microelectronic devices and related digital circuit design At least 3 years of experience in implementing complex SoC designs from RTL to GDS, preferred in an UNIX environment Solid Experience of the RTL to GDS flow: synthesis, P&R, STA and signoff checks in sub-micron technologies using either the Synopsys or Cadence toolchain Previous experience with physical design work-packages planning (including effort estimation) and risk management Very good scripting knowledge using TCL, Python and/or Perl Skills acquired by previous usage of various CAD tools like Innovus or Genus DFT experience would be a plus Prominent problem solving and analytical skills Fluency in English (mandatory), Italian is appreciated, German would be a plus - Automotive (ATV) shapes the future of mobility with microelectronics enabling clean, safe, and smart cars - The ATV division is shaping the future of mobility by enabling clean, safe, and smart cars.
