Emergency Response: Coordinate with internal teams and external services during emergencies (fires, medical incidents). Training: Conduct security drills and awareness programs for staff. Reporting: Prepare management reports on security incidents, breaches, and risks. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed Diploma/Degree in Security Management, Criminology, or related field. 2–5 years of security experience, with supervisory experience. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of security systems (CCTV, access control). Leadership and team management. Risk assessment and crisis management.
