Act as an in-house consultant for IT Payroll application Thailand. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role Understand business needs and translating them into functional design proposals (i.e. solution architecture) in Payroll. Identify, prioritize, and manage functional/non-functional requirements with stakeholders. Manage the entire lifecycle of the Application from planning to shutdown, aligned with IT Roadmap, while driving innovation, researching new products, and considering dependencies, e.g. infrastructure, technologies, other Applications. Ensure adherence to security and compliance related corporate rules, guidelines and best practices, as well as regulatory requirements. (e.g. Cyber Security assessments). Ensure appropriate deployment, operation and maintenance according to our IT Service Management processes. e.g. setup of 1st/2nd/3rd Level-Support, monitoring, resilience, back-up. Provide and maintain comprehensive documentation, user manuals ,trainings (if required) and enterprise architecture modelling. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed A degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics or similar. Experience in consulting HR business with focus Payroll. Experience in providing operational IT support for HR applications. Experience in SAP HCM Payroll. At least 3 years of professional experience.
