Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Sustaining and cascading the machine and tooling improvement actions
- Responsible for overall execution of equipment scheduled maintenance timely and comprehensively
- Manage maintenance cost in sustaining the equipment to it fullest performance
- Responsible for repeat order equipment buyoff and release
- Establish/modify setup, conversion & troubleshooting guide to ensure all equipment have reliable machine uptime
- Actively support, participate, and embrace an empowered team culture, including significant interaction with manufacturing, quality, and engineering groups
- Investigate and implement counter-measures to prevent repetitive breakdowns
- Manage overall assembly equipment maintenance systematic, activities, and personnel in order to achieve best equipment efficiency and maintenance cost
- Coordinate overall TPM systematic/activities
- Manage/drive machine innovative & improvement projects (e.g. Perfect Tool Setup) to achieve best equipment efficiency
- Support for maintenance engineering and ramp up of new technology (package, product, process)
- Coordinate all Safety, Health, and Environment activities, including OSHAS18000 and EMS ISO14000 Audits
- Coordinate and align the deployment of policy and strategy in Equipment Engineering and Maintenance
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Degree/Master/PhD in Engineering with 10 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing equipment / maintenance
- Minimum 5 years experience in management experience
- Possess a broad background in mechanical engineering / manufacturing with a wide range of knowledge on manufacturing and production processes
- Familiar with the latest equipment / technology in the industry and able to upgrade / improve existing equipment to suit the business needs
- Knowledge in systematic problem-solving methodology (e.g. 8D, DMAIC, Process Mapping, FTA, Fish Bond)
- Strategically with experience in equipment lifecycle management, vendor relations, and capital planning
- Proactive, result oriented leader who can execute & deliver on productivity & business objectives
