Productivity: Work as an expert to advise & manage the analysis of product cost structure, identification of cost down potential along the entire value chain, assessment of ratio idea in form of a business case, setup cost down project with timeline, risk assessment & resource plan.

Key responsibilities in your new role
- Productivity: LS package cost owner from assembly to test. Ensure benchmarking of cost structure between LS & PS. Formulate & align NLoP strategies with proposal & recommendation on priorities/improvement between projects/tasks to be agreed upon by all stakeholders.
- Productivity: Lead & drive PKG cost productivity, TCR& NLOP pipelines with teams from DIV (PLs/BLs), FIN & ENG while fulfilled production requirements & meet overall cost targets. Cost management & control know-how coupled with strong knowledge in Process, EQ, Project & Material.
- Technical Governance: Align with BEEM Board to define & execute EQ &material strategy for respective PKG in LS & PS by recognizing &anticipating internal/external challenges with proposal for best practices.
- Technical Governance: Be PCRB quorum for product/process/EQ qual/changes to specific platform. Involvement in critical quality issues/deviation management (MRB, FAR…) related to corresponding platform across sites.
- Technical Governance: Interface with GCM to utilize PCN opportunities & responsible for cross site alignment of Changes, productivity measures & material strategy. Identify & manage dependencies between project in a complex & unique environment and owner of monthly alignment meeting.
- Strategic Alignment with all stakeholders: Partner with DEV for new PKG MS release (AMRB releaser) & ramp up as well as align & support BE manufacturing strategy & automation concept.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Technical degree in an engineering discipline with 8 years of experience in assembly and test engineering.
- Broad knowledge of RnD, manufacturing costing method, industrial engineering, operation control and planning.
- BE Assembly Engineering.
- Equipment Engineering.
- Quality Management systematics.
- Project Management and expert in 6-Sigma, 8D, 5-Why methodologies.
