Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Responsible for the project’s success (scope, timeline, budget, time quality, productivity, and speed)
- Analyze and deliver project scenarios concisely and accurately with options and proposals
- Responsible for setting up an appropriate project team structure according to the project's needs and complexity
- Define targets and deliverables for the projects and all related sub-projects when necessary
- Drive and manage the project business case, including closing the gap
- Continuously manage project risk evaluation and tracking as well as proactive implementation of effective measures for risk mitigation
- Resilient in managing multiple projects under the dynamic project environment with the end in mind to run the project to success
- Proactively manage deviations, potential concerns, escalation, and changes from internal and external parties
- Prepare, control, monitor, and report project status in a timely, accurate manner, consistently with adequate documentation/reporting, with the right level of information that fits the situation, audience, and needs
- Take ownership and harvest the project through robust ramp up/phase-in, phase-out till project closure
- Set up documentation and production system for handover purposes upon project release
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical, Manufacturing) or any equivalent course
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience and additional experience working on projects, preferably in the semiconductor industry
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Strong facilitation, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and matrixed organization
