Is fully responsible for all operational decisions in the project and for the successful achievement of all project targets (time, quality, cost and budget). Key communication interface (for project related matters), representing Back End to other Infineon Divisions (e.g. Business lines, Central Functions e.g. Finance, PTI, FE Fabs, etc) . Forms and leads the project team and assigns responsibilities within project to Project Managers of sub-projects and Project Members. Uses IFX project management tools to structure projects, control progress and for reporting and documentation. Drives problem solving activities within the project using standard Ifx trouble shooting methodologies, eg 8D, 5 Whys. Continuously focuses on project quality, assesses progress and ensures that goals are met even in the face of challenges. Masters / Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Automation, Mechanical, Electrical, Physics) with Project Management Professional Certification, preferred. With 6 years of relevant working experience, thereof 2 years of leading projects. Has solid project management knowledge in terms of project initiation, planning and closing including reporting and documentation. Good knowledge in semiconductor engineering and operation.
