We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced cybersecurity professional to join our team. The successful candidate will perform identification, qualification, and management of incidents in respect to complex threats, and develop strategies to contain and eradicate threats. Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: Perform identification, qualification, and management of incidents in respect to complex threats. Perform advanced incident response for cybersecurity incidents across the Infineon global networks. Support in developing strategies to contain and eradicate threats. Design, develop, and maintain tools, systems, and system landscapes to handle cybersecurity incidents and support data analysis and automation during incident response. Manage projects of global scale in the area of incident response, digital forensics, and malware analysis. Use modern technologies to build tools to fight cyber threats. Support the development of new detection use cases and rules following international standards. Documentation of detection use cases, rules, and change management. Provide system triage support (basic forensics) to acquire and analyze system and network artefacts during security incident response. Support SME in product evaluations and joint projects with the IT department for applications and platforms of own area. Involve and support SME in global scale projects. Work closely and support SME within functional areas to support overall department goals. Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: Studies with more than 4 years of regular study duration, e.g. Computer science, business informatics, cyber security, digital forensics or similar. Relevant certification for cyber and information security, for example: 'GIAC Certified Intrusion Analyst (GCIA), GIAC Certified Incident Handler (GCIH), Global Industrial Cyber Security Professional(GICSP),GIAC Penetration Tester (GPEN), SANS Security Awareness Professional(SSAP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA),Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Risk and Information Systems Control (CRISC), Certified in the Governance of Enterprise IT (CGEIT) or other relevant certifications. * Experience in a security operation center (SOC) #WeAreIn for driving decarbonization and digitalization.
