We are looking for an experienced Team Leader to join our amazing Guest Experience team to aid in ensuing all Red Bull Technology Group guests have a premium experience during factory meetings, tours, and events.
The role supports all teams, suppliers, clients, partners, and subsidiaries during visits to the Technology Campus.
Main Accountabilities:
- Manage and mentor the Guest Experience Team, ensuring Red Bull Core Values are upheld across the Technology Campus.
- Oversee front-of-house areas and meeting rooms, maintaining them as 5-star venues, while supporting hospitality, partnership, and revenue activities – including, but not limited to, guest arrival, car parking, cleaning/maintenance services, security, and merchandise sales opportunities.
- Manage the onsite merchandise store, ensuring accurate sales and reporting.
- Maintain public-facing Red Bull product displays and RBR assets and assist with event coordination and administrative tasks as and when required.
- Ensure workplace security and maintain visitor logs.
- Keep public areas tidy and stocked with necessary supplies.
Essential Competencies:
- Able to co-ordinate and delegate tasks effectively – previous experience as a Team Leader would be advantageous.
- Effective communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills.
- A proactive, positive approach combined with strong problem-solving skills.
