Role Overview:
Reporting to the chief mechanic, the race team composites technician will be responsible for trackside repairs to carbon fibre composite components on the race cars, assembling nose and rear wing assemblies to enable use on the cars, control stock levels of components, assist race car mechanics where necessary and assist the race team tyre technician with tyre management during live track sessions with tyre pressure adjustments and be part of a pit stop crew during live sessions.
Please note: This is a contractor (not permanent) role for the Season 12 period only with the contract running from 1st October 2025 to 30th September 2026 with a need to travel to race events.

Qualifications, skills and experience required:
Experience of trackside composite repairs is essential with a can-do attitude and being a good team player are vital skills. As a multinational team clear communication is essential, the main language within the team is English, therefore a good working understanding of spoken English is essential. Experience of working with tyres is preferable but not essential as training can be provided.
