Job description and duties
Reporting to the Customer and Events Department, the Hospitality Customer Development Manager is responsible for developing Hospitality sales for the 24 Heures Motos and 24 Heures du Mans events. Their goal is to implement the prospecting plan and market private and shared Hospitality offerings. They also ensure the quality of the services delivered and assist clients in organizing their VIP programs.
You will be required to:
Implement the prospecting plan for the 2 flagship events (Motorcycles/Cars), with possibilities of extending the package to Le Mans Classic and the 24 Hours Trucks,
Monitor and manage activity with the regular presentation of sales reports via our CRM tool,
Prospect, negotiate, contract Hospitality sales, manage invoicing and monitor customer payments in connection with accounting,
Propose and participate in the implementation of the communication plan for offers (updating our various communication media, benchmarking Hospitality on other events),
To be a source of proposals for improving the services and benefits offered,
Participate in the review of Hospitality reception and customer experience systems and their implementation in conjunction with operational teams,
Ensure the commercial relationship with each client before and during events: preparation of the client program, reception, customer satisfaction, loyalty,
Ensure that all documentation and necessary elements are sent to the client before the event,
Be responsible for the quality of the services delivered to the client at events and for the smooth running of the client program in close collaboration with the operational teams.
Desired profile
•From a higher commercial education background, with a “developer” profile,
•You have 3 to 5 years of experience in business development of hospitality services and in an events and automotive environment,
•You are rigorous,
•You have organizational skills and good interpersonal skills,
•Proficiency in professional English is essential,
•Availability required during sporting events.
