Job description and duties
The role of the Karting Sport Leisure Operator is to assist the Karting Motorcycle Sport Operations Manager as well as the leisure track organizers in the context of their missions.
You will be required to:
Ensure the smooth running of karting/motorcycle training (-25hp) in compliance with regulatory constraints: installation of track lights, flags, fire extinguishers, marshals,
Ensure the safety of the public and competitors, visually check the equipment and materials of each competitor,
Enforce the regulations in force for karting and motorcycling disciplines,
Welcome competitors (inventory and installation in the allocated stands) and carry out all administrative formalities,
In support of the Karting Motorcycle Sport Operations Manager, participate in the preparation of training days by ensuring the follow-up of reservations as well as the sending of instructions and the location of the stands,
Ensure proper management of the cash register,
Participate in the activity and maintain relationships with competitors,
At the end of training, check the condition of the track and the stands, tidy up and clean the tracks and equipment after the customers leave.
Desired profile
You ideally have initial successful experience in organizing and managing events,
You have very good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team,
You are able to demonstrate responsiveness, adaptability and flexibility,
You know how to react under pressure and have the ability to quickly find solutions to complex situations,
Your working hours are organized from Monday to Sunday. You regularly work on public holidays and weekends,
Proficiency in office tools is required for this position,
Fluency in English is a plus for this position, particularly knowledge of technical terms related to the activity.
