Job description and duties Reporting to the Flow and Operations Officer, the Flow and Operations apprentice is responsible for carrying out the administrative and logistical monitoring of events within the Security and Control department.

You will be required to:

Monitor and implement staff planning, Welcome and support the Reception and Control Staff, Update the circuit's exterior signage and operating files, Participate in the various procedures during events, Collaborate with ACO internal services on the organization of events. Desired profile Coming from a BAC+3 type training in events or sports management (Master's level desired), You have initial experience in organizing sporting events, You have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a team, You know how to demonstrate responsiveness and adaptability, You are independent, organized, versatile and proactive, Possession of a B license is required, Availability during sporting events.
