Job description and duties
Under the authority of the "runway organization" and "runway safety" managers, the Runway Manager's role is to organize and secure the use of the runs made available to customers.
Throughout the year, you will be required to carry out the following missions on the Le Mans circuits:
Prepare a day according to the quality-safety checklist established by the Sports Department (equipment, documents),
Welcome the customer according to the Circuit's quality standards: handing over the box keys, visiting the facilities with the customer,
Participate in the organizer's safety briefing and provide any additional information necessary for the customer's safety on the track,
Granting customers the right to enter the track,
Monitor the slopes: in person at the video PC, coordination of the staff present for the provision of the service (commissioners, medical, deputy slope manager in charge of logistics),
Decide on the actions to be taken to ensure the safety of runway activities (interruption, exclusion),
Organize first aid for customers in the event of a problem and inform the on-call manager of any serious incident,
Organize vehicle repairs and track restoration with maximum efficiency,
Monitor the logistics of track vehicles in collaboration with the Mechanical Center department,
Enforce the RTS of automobile and motorcycle federations.
During sporting events:
You will also be regularly required to carry out cross-functional missions:
Presence required at events organized on the Le Mans circuits with preparation in advance and operational missions during the event.
Desired profile
You have initial experience in a similar position,
Car and motorcycle steward licenses are essential for this position,
You hold a "Heavy Goods" license, desirable for the flatbed truck (in addition to the flatbed truck crane and the Manitou),
You hold CACES R482 Category F and CACES R490 (manual control and remote control),
You have very good interpersonal skills and are able to manage emergency situations,
Proficiency in computer and office tools is essential for this position,
English proficiency is a plus for this position,
High availability required: presence during the week, approximately 40 days including weekends and public holidays.
