Mission
The Manager of Campaign Program is responsible for leading the activities necessary to prepare to launch a campaign to the field. Relevant Field Action types include Safety Recalls and Emissions Recalls.
Main Responsibilities
- Provides a parts heads-up and kick-off document to the extended team
- Sets up c-kits and works cross-functionally if revisions are required
- Get spare part agreement from supply chain
- Manages the Campaign Execution Tool (ereca/esigi/wirace) and is the single point of contact for tools:
- Responsible for VIN list generation in Sagai
- Sets up phasing and VIN segmentation by defined parameters
- Sets up part definition by VIN per campaign
- Ensures data accuracy in the system and investigates any potential issues that may arise
- Leads enhancements to CaDET and is the business interface for ICT
- Develop understanding of vehicle VIN involvement internationally; coordinate part(s) management plans with Purchasing, TSO
- Responsible for research and analysis of any recall closure related issues and/or questions on interaction and data feeds to/from CaDET and various corporate systems, including but not limited to GCS, Process/system owner, back-up for other Program
- Works with recall administration team to resolve issues related to VIN lists, parts set up and recall launch timing
- Create communications to the customer and dealers
- Support the refinement, continuous improvement and implementation of recall administration processes and documentation
- Work with cross functional teams (e.g. Engineering, Quality, Service, Purchasing, After Sales, Warranty , Finance , etc.) to ensure the necessary technical information’s & Communication package to execute field action is available in due time at the right level of maturity

Requirements
- +5 years experience

- Appreciated : Knowledge of/ ERECA / E SIGI and Warranty system / SAP/DAPIS
- Appreciated : experience in AFS TSO organization
