As a Senior/Lead CFD Engineer, you will contribute to the development and optimization of advanced motorsport systems. You will play a key role in simulation-driven development activities, technical decision-making, cross-functional collaboration and project execution, supporting the delivery of efficient and reliable engineering solutions under highly demanding performance and timing constraints.
Responsibilities: Contribute to the development and delivery of advanced engineering solutions within a high-performance, innovation-driven environment. Lead and support end-to-end engineering activities, from concept definition through validation and optimization phases. Apply simulation-driven methodologies to enhance system performance, efficiency, and reliability. Collaborate cross-functionally with multidisciplinary teams (e.g., design, testing, manufacturing, and project management) to ensure alignment and successful project execution. Drive continuous improvement of engineering processes, workflows, and methodologies. Analyze data from simulations and experimental activities to support technical decisions and performance improvements. Coordinate technical priorities and activities across projects, ensuring delivery within demanding timelines. Support problem-solving initiatives, including root-cause analysis and implementation of corrective actions. Contribute to innovation initiatives and the adoption of new technologies and approaches.
