What you'll do
You'll be the first point of contact between the Ford Bank and our dealers in the region Saarland/Rheinland Pfalz. You'll build long-term partnerships and increase the sales of our financial and insurance products in the area.
- Identify new business opportunities for the Ford Bank in the trade and fix the framework conditions for cooperation with the dealer companies.
- In addition to cooperation with the trade, you will acquire and maintain business opportunities in the commercial sector.
- Determine the training needs of sales representatives in dealer companies, initiate targeted training measures, and take over the initial training of new sales representatives for Ford Bank products and processes.
- Implement efficient and coordinated processes that optimize the entire sales cycle and increase the success of the dealer company, as well as support customer loyalty.
- Plan and organize marketing measures that are implemented in dealer companies.
What you need
- An academic degree, ideally in economics or a comparable field.
- Several years of relevant professional experience and experience in account management with a focus on financial services in the field, preferably in the automotive industry.
- You are enthusiastic about the automotive industry and are a communicative and service-oriented personality.
- You combine your sales success with digital expertise to further expand our market position.
- You are familiar with current trends in digital sales and use them to explore new ways and optimize existing sales processes.
- You are mobile in your area of operation and have a driver's license.
- You work independently, goal-oriented, and assertively.
- You are familiar with the common MS-Office applications and have good English skills.
