What you'll do
In your role, you will review orders and contracts for their commercial plausibility and take over the independent and complete processing of customer orders. You will record all relevant order data and trigger the respective processes in SAP. You will check and process akkreditives and commission order-related bank guarantees. You will advise the sales department on export financing and monitor and maintain order data and deadlines. Furthermore, you will take over order confirmations and accounting according to delivery documents and payment plans in SAP.
What you need
You have a completed commercial education and bring at least three years of experience in order or export processing. You have sound knowledge of international order processing and ideally experience in the akkreditiv business. You are familiar with MS-Office products and ERP systems, preferably SAP S/4HANA. Your excellent communication skills and implementation strength are your strengths. You work analytically, structured, and solution-oriented, understand yourself as a team player, are engaged, resilient, and flexible. Very good German and good English skills in word and writing round out your profile.
