What you'll do
You will oversee and monitor powertrain activities during in-car tests and events.
- Show responsibility for the powertrain management system strategies and calibration preparation prior to events and tests
- Responsibility of the powertrain specific test plan preparation and achievement during tests
- Monitor engine and gearbox data during tests and events (fire ups, roll-outs, tests,...)
- Responsible of powertrain reporting after tests and events, including testing results, calibration, problems
- Liaise with the rest of the event team, including engineers and drivers for all that is powertrain related
- Responsible of powertrain activities, engine mechanics job during events
What you need
You will need a M.Sc. or MEng with a technical engineering background in engine and previous experience in the motorsport environment (WRC, Endurance, GT, F1,...).
