What you'll do

You'll be a key part of a refreshed driver lineup that reflects our ambitions and long-term vision. We're working hard to assemble the right mix of talent to elevate our competitiveness, and we're confident that you will play a central role in that progress.

What you need

To succeed in this role, you'll need hands-on experience in motorsport, particularly in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES. You'll need to be able to work well under pressure, think on your feet, and make quick decisions.

6+ years of experience in the NTT INDYCAR SERIES
Proven track record of success, including wins, poles, and podiums
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work well under pressure and think on your feet
