As the Brand Experience Coordinator, you will play a critical supporting role in delivering premium, memorable experiences for fans, partners, VIP guests, and media. Working closely with the Brand Experience Manager, you’ll help bring The Cadillac Formula 1®'s identity to life across global events, activations, and hospitality environments.
· Support the planning and execution of The Cadillac Formula 1® Teams brand experiences at races, hospitality events, and partner activations
· Assist in coordinating logistics, schedules, suppliers, and onsite operations
· Help ensure brand standards are consistently applied across all touchpoints
· Work with internal teams and external agencies to support creative development and event production
· Track inventory of branded materials, uniforms, signage, and experiential assets
· Provide on-the-ground support at global races and events, ensuring seamless end-to-end delivery
· Assist with post-event reporting, data collection, guest feedback, and performance tracking

What do you need to bring to the team?
· Prior experience in events, experiential marketing, brand coordination, or hospitality (motorsport or luxury brand experience is a bonus)
· Excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
· Strong communication and teamwork abilities
· Ability to manage multiple tasks under tight timelines
· Passion for motorsport, luxury brands, or live event experiences
· Willingness to travel when needed throughout the global Formula 1® calendar
