We are seeking a 2nd level Support Specialist to join our IT Department in Budapest. In this role, you will be responsible for strengthening our Workplace Remote Support in Incident & Problem Management, providing technical support to our users, and ensuring seamless user experiences. In your new role you will: Handle tickets proactively, prioritizing and troubleshooting issues, and conducting follow-up analyses and documentation Resolve complex problems as a 2nd level support specialist, communicating with 3rd level support as needed Collaborate with 3rd level support to drive continuous service improvement Assist with the rollout of clients and applications in various customer environments Participate in an individual induction phase to prepare for your new responsibilities, with regular feedback discussions and systematic planning to support your long-term success Completed IT training (apprenticeship in IT, university, etc.) with professional experience Good communication skills, a customer-oriented approach, enthusiasm, and the ability to work in a team Experience with Microsoft Windows & Office support Strong written and spoken English skills Experience with software distribution (e.g. SCCM)is an advantage Experience in the field of remote support is an advantage We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
