As a Product Audit High Voltage Battery Specialist in the Energy Module Technology at BMW Group Plant Debrecen, you play a key role in ensuring that the energy module components meet perfect quality standards through meticulous preparation, processing, and component quality assurance.
What awaits you?
- Work Environment – You will work in a modern, high-tech production environment focused on high-voltage energy modules. While some of your activities will take place in an office setting, most of your work will involve direct interaction with the product and the production process, ensuring strong practical engagement with advanced technologies.
- Team – You will be part of a skilled and dynamic team, cooperating closely with colleagues from production, maintenance, logistics, and quality assurance, as well as with international R&D partners and other BMW Group plants.
- Product Audit and Compliance – Your core responsibility will be to perform product audits on high-voltage energy modules, verifying that all components and functions meet internal and external specifications and standards.
- Problem Analysis and Corrective Actions – You will evaluate audit results, identify potential issues, and coordinate necessary corrective or preventive measures in collaboration with relevant departments.
- Process and Continuous Improvement – You will ensure timely and efficient execution of product audits, contribute to improving audit processes, and support continuous quality enhancement within the production and R&D network.
- Documentation and Knowledge Sharing – You will regularly exchange information and best practices with experts from production, quality management, and development teams to strengthen global product quality standards within the BMW Group.
What should you bring along?
- Education – Preferable you hold a degree in automotive, electrical engineering, or another relevant technical field or equivalent work experience.
- Experience – You have at least 3 years of experience in quality assurance or product validation within a serial production environment, preferably in the field of battery systems, electronics, or automotive manufacturing.
- Work Schedule – The position follows standard office hours and is primarily on-site. Remote work may be possible based on agreement with your direct supervisor.
- Language Skills – You can communicate confidently in both Hungarian and English, in writing and speaking. German language skills are an advantage.
- Methodological Knowledge – You have experience with electrical, mechanical, and visual inspection methods for high-voltage battery modules, as well as data analysis and evaluation techniques to ensure product conformity and drive continuous improvement.
