Your Role Key responsibilities in your new role: In this role, you will contribute to the success of Infineon's Go-to-Market (G2M) for high-tech products by governing the Infineon partner portfolio, enabling Divisions & Sales with the right processes and tools, and establishing frameworks to monitor and analyze the business impact of our partners. You will have the opportunity to develop and drive the Infineon partner program and all related touchpoints online and offline. Governing the Infineon partner portfolio, including design-houses, module-makers, tool- and software providers Developing and maintaining processes and tools to ensure seamless collaboration and efficient workflows with our partners Coordinating partner-related events and activities, such as process trainings, meetings, events, and communications Providing support for the Infineon Partner Program, including collaterals, internal & external communications, and content management on our digital platforms Analyzing and reporting partner-related metrics and KPIs to inform business decisions and drive growth Enabling division and sales stakeholders to manage and maintain partner relationships, including communication and issue resolution Your Profile Qualifications and skills to help you succeed: You are a strong communicator and collaborator, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional and inter-cultural teams. You have a solid understanding of data management and analysis, and are able to collect, organize, and analyze data to inform business decisions. Holding a university degree in engineering, physics, business administration, or a related discipline Bringing 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in a related field, such as business consulting, marketing, or (inside-) sales Possessing experience working with partners or customers, either directly or indirectly, with a focus on building relationships and providing support Demonstrating a basic knowledge of the G2M partner life cycle, including attraction, onboarding, and offboarding Having excellent technical skills in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems and content management tools Being able to work independently and collaboratively, with a strong ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines Experience with transferring AI-powered tools in everyday work-life, such as chatbots, virtual assistants, or other AI-driven technologies is a plus Fluency in EnglishPlease send us your CV in English.
