Job Description In your new role you will: Lead end-to-end execution of Test Technology Innovation projects supporting the Digital Mixed Signal/Memory Portfolio in Bangkok. Define, implement, and continuously monitor KPIs to measure team performance and impact on team, organizational, and IFX-level goals. Translate KPI insights into clear actions, driving continuous improvement, innovation, and measurable outcomes. Build and scale a high-performing engineering team by hiring, onboarding, setting goals, and allocating resources effectively. Mentor, teach, and coach engineers to elevate technical depth, innovation capability, and problem-solving quality. Apply strong technical knowledge in wafer test (spanning electrical, mechanical, test, or production engineering) to guide technical direction and decisions. Partner closely with cross-functional stakeholders (e.g., product, design, test, and manufacturing) to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Establish and uphold best practices, reviews, and documentation to ensure quality, reliability, and repeatability of test technologies. Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor / Master Degree in related field. Proven leadership experience building and leading engineering teams, including hiring, mentoring, and performance management. Strong technical foundation in wafer test with depth in one or more areas: electrical, mechanical, test, or production engineering. Demonstrated ability to define, track, and interpret KPIs and convert metrics into operational improvements and business impact. Track record of delivering complex, multi-stakeholder engineering projects on time and with high quality. Strong coaching and teaching mindset with a passion for developing talent and fostering innovation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills across technical and non-technical audiences.
