Manage company-wide salary reviews, bonus programs, and benefit packages Analyze market data to ensure competitive compensation and benefits offerings Develop and update HR policies related to pay and benefits Provide expert advice on compensation matters to managers and HR team members Collaborate with other departments to implement HR initiatives and projects Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations regarding compensation and benefits Participate in industry groups to stay current on HR trends and best practices Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field At least 3+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on compensation and benefits Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) Experience with HR management systems is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Ability to work well in a fast-paced, changing environment Attention to detail and data accuracy Strong communication skills also in English, both in written as well as in verbal We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
