Develop and implement a comprehensive site production layout strategy that meets our business needs Design and optimize overall site production and office layouts to achieve area efficiency targets and flexibility Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Facilities, Environment Safety & Health, IT) to maintain a safe, efficient, and clean work environment Ensure accurate and up-to-date layout information in our database and documentation Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field At least 3 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, with a focus on production layout and process optimization Proven track record of driving efficiency and productivity gains Excellent project management and leadership skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Passion for innovation and continuous improvement We are on a journey to create the best Infineon for everyone.
