What You'll Do (Responsibilities):

In this role, you will focus on driving commercial growth through partnerships and business development initiatives across our Fleet Solutions and Connected Services ecosystems.
You’ll work closely with the Growth & Product teams to take new connected solutions to market — from identifying opportunities and negotiating partnerships to supporting launches and scaling commercial performance.
This is a role for a builder — someone who thrives on ownership, collaboration, and turning strategy into measurable business results.
Strategic Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, negotiate, and close new partnerships across mobility, logistics, fleet management, and connected data services.
- Lead commercial discussions and contract structuring, aligning stakeholders across Product, Legal, Finance, and Marketing.
- Support the execution of go-to-market plans , ensuring successful partner enablement and business growth.
- Develop and present commercial proposals, pricing models, and business cases for internal approval and partner alignment.
- Manage ongoing partner relationships, tracking performance, renewals, and expansion opportunities.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Fleet Solutions Sales
- Drive commercial growth in the Fleet segment by expanding partnerships and identifying new business opportunities.
- Act as the commercial interface between partners, customers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment on product offers and value propositions.
- Collaborate with the Growth & Product teams to support product launches, pilots, and adoption initiatives.
- Track sales pipeline and key commercial KPIs, ensuring consistent performance and reporting results to leadership.
- Represent GM in partner and customer engagements, promoting our connected solutions and driving relationship growth.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Economics, or related field.
- Advanced or Fluent in English.
- Proven experience in Business Development, Strategic Partnerships, or B2B Sales , ideally within the automotive, mobility, logistics, or SaaS sectors.
- Strong track record of negotiating and managing commercial partnerships.
- Solid understanding of Fleet Operations, Connected Vehicle Services, and Mobility Trends.
- Strategic mindset with strong commercial and financial acumen.
- Excellent relationship management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Data-driven and results-oriented, with a focus on execution and delivery.
- High autonomy, adaptability, and collaboration skills in cross-functional environments.
What Can Give You A Competitive Edge (Preference Qualifications)
- Spanish is a strong plus.
- Previous experience in strategic consulting or corporate advisory is highly valued and considered a strong asset.
