Work Arrangement
This role is categorized as on-site. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to New Taipei Office 2-3 times/week per business needs.
Sales managers must motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs. What You’ll Do -

Under general supervision is responsible for working on a wide range of projects.

Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing marketing and sales information and recommendations to strategic plans and reviews; collecting, analyzing, summarizing data and trends; providing research and findings to senior management to assist in meetings and presentations; preparing and completing action plans; implementing customer-service standards; resolving problems.

Identifies market trend/opportunities and consumer requirements; defining market, competitor's share, and competitor's strengths and weaknesses; forecasting projected business; establishing targeted market share.

Achieve sales objectives within product range or assigned districts; pursue sales leads, promote products, conclude orders, arrange internal sales logistics; sales record analysis; strategic planning to grow sales.

Maintain contact with clients to assist them with post-sales services and help resolve issues or complaints; conduct product training for clients; prepare training material.

Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on market opportunities; improving product packaging; monitoring product quality; solving product quality claim; coordinating new product development and product coverage enhancement.
Your Skills & Abilities (Required Qualifications)

Minimum years of Experience: 5 years, related experiences in Auto industry.

Fluent in English and Taiwanese

Excellent communication and presentation skill

Strong technical background and sales acumen are required

Good EQ, a team player.

Bachelor’s Degree required.
