Hybrid: This position requires on-site presence 3 times per week.
What you will do (Responsibilities):
- Control, schedule, and coordinate logistics processes across the supply chain (ISUZU, SAIC Wuling, SGM) to optimize inventory management and reduce logistics costs.
- Manage transportation timelines for spare parts purchases to ensure availability for Chevrolet customers.
- Lead logistics operations in SAP, including dealer support, export orders, and documentation delivery.
- Supervise claims for damaged parts and coordinate with suppliers and customs for containerized cargo reception.
- Provide continuous support to internal and external stakeholders, including dealers and logistics providers.
Your skills and abilities (Required Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Business, or related fields.
- Advanced knowledge of supply chain, international trade (import/export), and financial understanding.
- Strong proficiency in Office tools and SAP, especially database management (Excel, Access).
- Advanced English level.
- Key competencies: Results orientation, urgency, negotiation, decision-making agility, teamwork, perseverance, proactivity, analytical thinking, and frustration tolerance.
What can give you a competitive edge (Preferred Qualifications):
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Logistics.
- Certifications in supply chain or international trade.
- Experience in the automotive or logistics industry.
- Familiarity with customs regulations and logistics KPIs.
