The Paid Social Specialist is a hands-on, results-oriented individual responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of Paid Social campaigns. This role requires a strong understanding of Paid Social principles and a passion for data-driven decision-making. The Paid Social specialist will execute campaign strategies, monitor performance, and identify opportunities for improvement within the assigned brand accounts.
Major duties and responsibilities

Channel development & advancement: independently seeks opportunities to learn the processes within own channel, and the tools/approaches that can be applied to these challenges.

Campaign management: implement, manage, and optimize Paid Social campaigns across various platforms.

Keyword research & targeting: conduct keyword research, develop targeted ad groups, and refine audience targeting.

Performance monitoring: closely monitor campaign performance, identify trends, and analyze key metrics (e.g., ctr, conversion rate, cpa).

Budget pacing: manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient spending to maximize ROI.

Reporting: generate regular performance reports, providing insights into campaign effectiveness and areas for improvement.

A/B testing: conduct a/b testing on ad copy, landing pages, and other campaign elements to optimize performance.

Platform expertise: maintain up-to-date knowledge of Paid Social platforms and best practices.

Collaboration: work closely with other team members to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

Performance driven decision making & planning: exercises decision-making skills sufficient to propose solutions to leadership and a plan for utilizing established procedures to create new solutions.

Team cooperation & development: builds strong internal relationships by sharing key information with colleagues, supervisors, and project leaders.
