Tasks
You will support the organization, implementation, and evaluation of vehicle and system tests in the field of eMobility, including vehicle installations and modifications.
You will participate in the development and construction of battery systems from the concept phase to series production, including active participation in the team.
You will support the analysis and troubleshooting of high-voltage batteries and the independent documentation of results.
You will participate in thermal simulations of batteries and the implementation and analysis of associated measurements.
You will assist in the development and automation of test cases and scripts, as well as in the construction and commissioning of hardware-in-the-loop test benches.
You will support the testing, debugging, and measurements of vehicles, charging systems, and networked hardware-in-the-loop systems, including evaluation.
You will assist in the creation of functional specifications, test sequences, and the organization of installations and modifications to charging systems.
Requirements
You are currently studying mechatronics, electrical engineering, Automotive engineering, mechanical engineering, or a comparable degree program
You have a strong interest in and initial experience with rapid prototyping and design, as well as with measurement technology and batteries
You enjoy working with software development tools such as VBA, Python, MATLAB/Simulink, and are confident in using MS Office
You ideally have experience in Formula Student and hold a Class B driver's license
You have excellent German (at least B2 level) and ideally good English skills
Your strengths include an independent and structured way of working, as well as a high level of enthusiasm and the ability to work in a team

Requirement: Valid enrollment at a college or university (alternatively, you are taking a gap year)
