In the Customer Experience team at Porsche Germany, we ensure an inspiring and unique Porsche experience for our customers and prospective customers – across all channels. We understand the customer, the retail sector, and the market, thus defining inspiring touchpoints, whether in our central Porsche app "My Porsche," the Porsche Connect & Charging offerings related to the vehicle, or at a strategic level along the entire customer journey.
During your internship, you will gain diverse insights into the Porsche working world and support us in the following projects and activities:
Participation in the continuous development of our omni-channel sales strategy, for example, by creating benchmark analyses
Support in the operational management and strategic development of the online sales channel and digital touchpoints such as My Porsche or Live Chat
Collaboration on various charging-related initiatives, such as the establishment and expansion of the Destination Charging Network
Preparation of management decision-making documents and meetings with representatives of the dealer organization, for example, in the context of Porsche Connect
Participation in the continuous analysis and derivation of action recommendations from customer insights – for example, customer satisfaction surveys
Requirements
Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship or an internship as part of a gap year is possible
Degree in economics, business informatics, or a comparable degree program, ideally with a focus on automotive management, sales, or marketing
Confident use of MS Office
Ideally, initial practical experience in the automotive sector
Strong Teamwork and communication skills
Independent, analytical, and structured working style
Good English skills
Very good German skills (B2 level)
Start: mid-February 2026
Duration: 6.5 months
