During your internship, you will gain comprehensive insights into the Porsche Germany working world and, depending on the focus of your studies, support us in one of the described areas, for example, in the following projects and activities:
Recruiting & HR Marketing
Support in application management and the recruitment process, as well as supporting our student target groups
Continuing development of our internship program
Independently taking over parts of the administration of HR-related processes
Participation in various HR projects (e.g., HR marketing)
Labor Relations & HR Support
Conducting labor law research and providing support in the area of ??labor relations
Participation in the preparation of reports and analyses of HR key performance indicators
Support in the day-to-day operations of recruiting and HR support for our permanent employees
Participation in various HR projects, particularly in the area of ??internal communications and the optimization of HR processes

Requirements
Enrollment for the entire duration of the internship or internship as part of a gap year is possible.
Degree in business administration, economics, psychology, business law, or similar - ideally with a focus on human resources.
At least 3 semesters of academic experience.
Ideally, some practical experience in human resources.
Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
High degree of initiative, commitment, and service orientation.
Good English skills.
Very good German skills (at least B2 level).
Start: mid-February 2026. Duration: 6.5 months.
